The symbol of our drive…this meant and still means alot.  I’m really sorry for not being able to express myself the way I want to.  Its as if words could not describe what this movement was for our family.  My mom picked grapes since her teen years.  My mom was a “mojada” and she struggled like many other men and women, worked long hours in bad conditions (pesticides and intense heat) for meager wages.
